MISSION AND VISION
We are a not-for-profit resort/residential community public utility Company operating under a franchise from the Public Service Commission to supply and distribute potable water, treat the sewer influent and use solid waste by-product to make compost. We are committed to providing superior quality water and sewer service at the lowest possible costs to subscribers located at the Palmas del Mar community. We seek to prosper by forging partnerships with our subscribers and suppliers.
Our mission in conducting the company is to create and enhance long term value to subscribers and employees, and to do so in an environmentally responsible manner as good citizens of the community in which we work and serve.
To accomplish our mission, we will:
- Operate in full compliance with all regulations which govern a not-for-profit publicly regulated utility.
- Invest in the technological, financial and human resources necessary to assure reasonable costs and quality level for our products and services.
- Continue to grow our existing operations to keep pace with the expansion of Palmas del Mar community.
- Manage excellently and ethically, with emphasis on employee participation, health, safety, training and development.

 More than 2 billion people or a quarter of the world's population is without safe drinking water. Each day almost 10,000 children under the age of 5 in Third World countries die as a result of illnesses contracted by use of impure water. Most of the world's people must walk at least 3 hours to fetch water.
